As our Electrical Technician you’ll make $55 per hour on Flat-Rate, with up to another $3 per hour Flat Rate in production bonuses.
We have a high volume used vehicle department, where internally, we spread the love for all Journeyman technicians to take part in inspection, and mechanical work to make flat rate hours.
To get even more hours, we have a full-functioning Outbound and Inbound Service Business Development team who help grow the retail side of business, along with the support of Marketing team.

What You'll Do
As an Electrical Diagnostic Technician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic vehicle systems
- Troubleshoot CAN bus, LIN bus, and network communication concerns
- Diagnose wiring, module, sensor, and power distribution system faults
- Perform advanced drivability and electrical diagnostics
- Repair and program control modules as required
- Diagnose ADAS, safety, and convenience system concerns
- Utilize factory diagnostic tools and service information effectively
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Document diagnostic procedures and repair findings accurately
- Support fellow technicians with complex electrical troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in automotive electrical diagnostics
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and network communications
- Experience using advanced scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Chrysler/Stellantis dealership experience
- OEM electrical and diagnostic certifications
- Experience with module programming and vehicle software updates
- ADAS diagnostic and calibration experience
- Hybrid and EV system knowledge
- Advanced drivability diagnostic experience
