We're looking for a Parts Advisor / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team.
Working alongside our Parts team, you'll help keep the parts department organized and running smoothly. Your day will include assisting customers and technicians, receiving and putting away inventory, picking and shipping parts, and making sure the right parts get to the right people on time.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of customer service, warehouse operations, and working with heavy equipment parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments.
- Pick, package, and ship customer orders.
- assist with inventory records and with cycle counts.
- Organize and stock parts shelves in the wherehouse.
- Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders.
- Process parts sales, quotations, and orders using dealership software.
- Operate a forklift and material handling equipment as required.
- Keep the parts department and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure parts availability.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of equipment, or industrial parts is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials safely.
- Forklift experience is an asset (training can be provided).
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Bilingual required
