We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team at CarePlus Clinic.
CarePlus Clinic is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic where Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, Osteopaths, Registered Massage Therapists, and Acupuncturists work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care. We offer a wide range of services designed to support our patients’ physical and mental well-being.
Starting June 1, our clinic will be relocating to a new, larger facility, allowing us to expand our services and team. We are currently looking for dedicated practitioners who are passionate about patient care and eager to grow within a supportive and professional environment.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy treatments, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a client-focused approach to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the practice area.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements.
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and trusting environment for clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively listen to clients' concerns and explain treatment options clearly.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple appointments efficiently.
- Certification or licensure as required by state regulations for massage therapy practice.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to promoting health and relaxation for clients.
Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Registered Massage Therapist by CMTO (preferred)
