The Co-op Ethanol Complex (CEC) is hiring four (4) Process Operators on a temporary, 6 month basis to join our team at our Ethanol Complex near Belle Plaine, SK .
Are you a 4 th , 3 rd , or 2 nd Class Power Engineer looking to get your foot in the door with a reputable company? We offer steam time, overtime at double-time, and a rural commuting allowance for those who will be traveling 20+ km to our plant.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operations of plant equipment and systems to ensure product is meeting established standards.
- Perform quality assurance tests on the product using testing instruments and making necessary corrective adjustments based on results.
- Perform equipment checks and minor maintenance as required. If an issue is identified, you will make the necessary machinery and equipment adjustments and implement the proper response.
- You will ensure all water testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Have relevant industrial experience.
- Have a 4th, 3rd, or 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate.
- Have reliable transportation to drive to our plant near Belle Plaine for scheduled shifts.
Are willing to comply with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

This is a unionized role that resides with UNIFOR Canada Local 594 offering $38.06 - $60.72 per hour. As a union member, you would be subject to pay union dues as part of the collective agreement.
