We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Front of House team members for all roles to join our growing restaurant team. Whether you’re an experienced FOH Manager, Supervisor, Server/Bar Tender or just starting as a Host, we’re looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Our Front of House team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing food and beverage service, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidates.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where high standards of service, cleanliness, and communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Oversee service flow and support team operations (FOH Manager)
- Process payments efficiently, including cash and card transactions
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with food preparation and support kitchen operations as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, and service stations
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items, specials, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems (Squirrel POS is an asset)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in upselling and guest engagement
- Bartending experience or certifications (for bartender roles) preferred
- Leadership experience (for FOH Manager role) required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Pay: $17.85-$25.90 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
