Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Branch Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be proficient with various computer applications, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. B
Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties
- Hourly Time entry.
- Branch Invoicing of Sales and Service Orders on a daily basis.
- Ensure invoices are entered into ADP/Cortex within 1 day of the work order being invoiced
- Work with Service Manager to determine when open service work orders can be pulled for invoicing
- Work with Branch Manager on outstanding AR and WIP
- Coordinator paper flow within the branch
- Ensure AP is current and submitted to Calgary in a timely matter
- Ensure filing is organized as per Bidell P&S Standard Filing System
- Deal with timesheet concerns and issues.
- Comply with all company policies
- Follow the overall Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- General office administration.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
