Job summary:
The Brand Manager is the champion of their assigned brand and the main person for all aspects of the brand including sales, marketing, and anything the brand requires. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Brand Manager will show heavy interest in how their brand is represented in all aspects of the dealership and will be crucial to develop its success.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential clients
- Learn and maintain an expert understanding of the assigned brand
- Develop leads and long lasting relationships to create opportunities for the brand
- Follow up with clients and build report as prescribed by management
- Fill in and submit required reports on both internal and external platforms
- Demonstrate vehicles and provide demo drives
- Attend all events in relation to the brand
- Keep up to date on all incentives and programs offered by the brand, providing the information to the departments where needed
- Represent the dealership in multiple roles in line with the brands needs
- Complete required training and stay informed on future requirements
- Upload data in required dealership programs including CRM
- Understand and follow all provincial and local regulations
- Work professionally and efficiently to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Generate quotes and follow the sales process to sell vehicles
- Maintain a professional appearance for the individual, dealership, and the brand
- Provide insight and training to product specialists regarding the assigned brand
- Introduce each qualified potential client to the General Sales Manager
- Other non-sales tasks such as moving vehicles, responding to weather conditions, etc.
Qualifications
- Luxury Automotive experience 2+ years (Preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driver abstract
- Proven track record in a sales position
- Team player with high self motivation
- Experience with CDK considered an asset
- Ability to travel internationally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
