Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in insurance sales activities, including prospecting and closing new business.

- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery.
- Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate insurance and financial planning products.
