NexAira helps businesses and schools improve customer communication, lead follow-up, booking, and sales support through AI-powered tools and automation.
We are looking for motivated sales representatives who can help introduce these solutions to parents, coaches, martial arts schools, sports academies, youth organizations, and local business owners.
This is a remote, commission-based contract role with flexible part-time hours. The listed pay range reflects estimated earning potential based on sales performance and is not a guaranteed base salary.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will help prospects understand how ChampMind and NexAira can support their goals.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Reaching out to parents, coaches, martial arts schools, sports academies, youth programs, and local businesses
- Explaining ChampMind’s youth mindset training programs in a simple and professional way
- Explaining NexAira’s AI communication, lead follow-up, and business support tools
- Booking calls, demos, or follow-up conversations with interested prospects
- Helping clients understand which solution best fits their needs
- Following up with leads and answering basic questions
- Sharing feedback from prospects with the team
- Representing both brands with professionalism, positivity, and care
Who This Is For

Ideal Experience
Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:
- Sales or customer service
- Martial arts, sports, fitness, or coaching
- Working with parents, children, or youth programs
- Education, tutoring, or youth development
- Lead generation, appointment setting, or closing
- AI tools, CRM systems, automation, or business software
- Social media outreach or local networking

Compensation
This is a commission-based contract position. Compensation is based on sales performance, closed deals, and business results. Details will be discussed during the interview and may include commission, bonuses, or other incentives based on sales performance and quality of work.
