About the Role
We're looking for a driven, client-facing go-getter to join the HMH Construction team. You'll be meeting homeowners, scoping renovation projects, and closing deals across the GTA. Whether your background is in construction, real estate, interior design, or sales, if you know how to build trust with clients and get things done, we want to talk.
This is a field role. You'll be out visiting homes, understanding what clients need, and putting together estimates that win work. High performers here earn serious money.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meet homeowners across the GTA to assess renovation needs and scope projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full-home renos)
- Build and present estimates and proposals that match client goals and budget
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and close contracts
- Coordinate with our production team for a smooth handoff after the sale
- Represent HMH Construction professionally at every client touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with residential renovations and construction. You know the difference between a cosmetic refresh and a full gut job
- Strong communication skills. You listen well, explain clearly, and build real rapport
- Self-motivated and mobile. Reliable vehicle, valid G licence, comfortable travelling across the GTA
- Organized with strong follow-through. Leads don't fall through the cracks with you
- Background in construction sales, estimating, account management, or interior design is a strong asset

Pay: $34,400.00-$122,172.27 per year
