A family in Etobicoke is looking for an experienced, meticulous, and proactive Housekeeper / Nanny to join their household long-term. This is primarily a housekeeping and house management role, with approximately one hour of childcare per day.
The family has two children, ages 9 months and 2 years. Mom is a stay-at-home parent and provides the majority of their care.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
$35+/hour, based on experience and fit.
Occasional Saturday date-night availability is required. Hours may occasionally shift by approximately 30 minutes with advance notice. Flexibility is required.
The Role
The majority of the day will focus on housekeeping and household management. The family is looking for someone with exceptionally high standards who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to independently manage their responsibilities.
During childcare time, the family wants someone warm and engaging who can confidently care for two young children and plan age-appropriate activities. The family follows Montessori principles and maintains a strict no-screen policy around the children, including personal phone use.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in professional housekeeping and household management

- Active and comfortable working in a multi-level home with many stairs
- Confident caring for a baby and toddler
- Respectful of Montessori principles and a screen-free environment
- Comfortable travelling with the family
- Someone with a valid passport and no travel restrictions
The family spends time in Florida during the winter, and the successful candidate should be comfortable travelling with the family for up to two weeks, a few times a year. The family can arrange flights home for a break during longer stays, and regular working hours will remain similar while away.

The family requires a someone who drives and can use their own car for work purposes. Milage will be paid.
