Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Pest Control Helper to join our team. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pest management and contribute to maintaining safe and pest-free environments for our clients. The role involves assisting licensed pest control technicians with various tasks, ensuring efficient service delivery, and supporting the overall pest control operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pest control technicians in applying treatments to residential and commercial properties
- Prepare equipment and materials needed for pest control procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively during treatments
- Help with the setup and cleanup of work sites following service appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times
- Support sales efforts by providing excellent customer service and answering basic client questions when appropriate
Qualifications
- Prior experience with sales, hand tools, farm machinery, or power tools is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Pay: $36,872.52-$67,601.69 per year
