Job Description
COWS is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented T-Shirt Press Associate to join our production team at the Creamery. In this hands-on role, you will support the daily operation of our t-shirt printing press, helping ensure high-quality products and a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities
· Inspect printed t-shirts to ensure quality standards are met
· Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of the t-shirt press
· Clean and maintain tools including squeegees and putty knives
· Mix inks according to production needs
· Keep press area clean, organized, and safe
· Perform basic maintenance on printing equipment
· Support other areas of production or departments as required
· Follow all health and safety procedures
· Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable and self-motivated
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Good time management and organizational skills
· Ability to follow instructions and processes
· Previous production or printing experience is an asset (not required)
Work Conditions
· Prolonged standing throughout shifts
· Repetitive tasks
· Exposure to inks and cleaning chemicals (WHMIS training provided)
· Use of PPE as required

· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (daytime hours)

· Reports To: Manager, T-Shirts Production
