Job Summary
We are Chiropractic and Massage therapy clinic. We are seeking to add another Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of various massage techniques and be committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We believe in treating the body as a whole and also belief in a multidisciplinary approach to help give the patient the best care possible. We utilize: Chiropractic, Massage, Progressive Rehab, X-rays (in house), Decompression and nutrition in the clinic for best patient practices and outcomes.
HealthSource offers a full administrative team, but clinicians are expected to understand the basics of billing and booking at the clinic (software is Practice Perfect and taught on site if needed).
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and medical history to develop tailored massage therapy plans.
- Perform various types of massages while ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients about their conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
- Document client sessions accurately in accordance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually enhance skills.
Requirements
- Valid CMTNB license or intention to hold one before beginning work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed (negotiated at time of interview).
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week. Schedule is based on Therapist and flexibility to create own hours and book as many clients as they feel they can treat

· Full or part-time. Full patient load provided. We have 16 hours of prebooked Veterans a week and looking for someone ASAP to take over case load. Option to work here and another location. If currently working elsewhere and want to try something new or more hours.
· Sublease or Subcontractor agreement
· Flexible work hours; Monday to Friday, (Clinic not open Saturday or Sunday, so no weekend hours)
· In-office laundry facility available, towels, linens and table provided (if desired)
