Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable picker/packer to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products while ensuring efficient fulfillment of online customer orders. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting daily warehouse operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through timely order processing. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, material handling equipment, and general warehouse operations is highly valued. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, mechanically inclined, and committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods during transit
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and inventory updates
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and quality standards
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order accuracy
- Experience with warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment throughout shifts. This position offers an engaging work environment where safety, efficiency, and accuracy are prioritized. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks requiring mechanical aptitude and teamwork.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
