An established premium menswear brand is seeking a polished, service-driven Store Manager to lead its Ottawa showroom. This is an opportunity for a leader who thrives in a highly consultative, relationship-focused environment where exceptional client experiences take priority over transactional selling. Leading a team of stylists and a tailor, the Store Manager will play a hands-on role in both sales and leadership, coaching the team while building lasting client relationships through a personalized, hospitality-inspired approach. Success in this role comes from emotional intelligence, authenticity, and the ability to create an environment where clients feel welcomed, understood, and confident. We're looking for a positive, people-first leader with a passion for developing others, delivering outstanding service, and leading by example. Experience in hospitality, premium retail, or other service-driven environments is highly valued, particularly where relationship building and client care are central to success.
