Ability to close sales, advise customers on benefits of Major Appliances, Extended Service Plans, and add on accessories. Experience with Mattress sales an asset. Customer service oriented, sales systems. Provide advice about merchandise. Suggest ways to care for goods, Suggestive selling. Work with minimal supervision. Negotiate credit terms, warranties and delivery dates. Set up displays of merchandise as needed. Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payments. Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering.
