The Role: We are looking for a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to manage our local inventory and equipment. You will own the ordering of gear, tracking warehouse inventory, receiving shipments, and pulling the exact materials needed for each specific job. You ensure there are zero surprises on installation morning.
What You Will Own
- Ordering solar equipment and tracking warehouse inventory.
- Receiving shipments and organizing the warehouse efficiently.
- Pulling the exact materials required for each specific job.
- Completing the electrical materials list for the installation crews.
What You Won't Do
- You will not schedule crews or pull municipal permits.
Who You Are
- Highly organized and capable of managing physical inventory.
- You understand solar and electrical components and can pull an accurate materials list.
- You prioritize accuracy to ensure there are zero installation delays caused by missing or incorrect materials.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 ($24 – $28/hr)
- Incentive: Performance bonus structure tied to zero installation delays caused by missing materials.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
