What You’ll Do
- Execute interior and exterior painting projects with accuracy and pride.
- Perform all prep work: washing, patching, sanding, priming.
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brush, roller, and (preferred) sprayer.
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality — excellence at speed.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide clear updates.
- Collaborate with teammates to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site.
- Contribute to improving our systems, training, and standards.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 1 year professional painting experience (not DIY).
- Skilled in brushing, rolling, cutting-in (sprayer experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Professional communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable — no ego, no drama.
- Able to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet all day.
- Full-time, year-round availability.

This Role Is NOT For

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
- Occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
- Year-round work (interior projects keep winter consistent).
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.62–$33/hour depending on skill + performance-based raises.
- Top painters earn $70,000+ annually with OT and bonuses.
