Our firm is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team and assist the accounting department with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a bookkeeping role . The responsibilities for this position include reconciling account statements, maintaining general ledger account balances and performing detailed financial analysis. We are looking for an individual with financial management experience, an eye for detail and an ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial records and bank accounts.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for financial records.
- Manage purchase and sales taxes.
- Process invoices and credit cards.
- Process invoice payments from customers.
- Calculate billing rates.
- Manage payroll records.
- Review payroll calculations by employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
