We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetician & Lash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, professional, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality beauty services.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extension applications.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare.
- Provide facial treatments and skincare recommendations.
- Perform eyebrow threading, shaping, tinting, and brow services.
- Deliver waxing services professionally and efficiently.
- Provide massage treatments while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
- Experience with lash extensions is required.
- Strong experience in:
- Facials
- Eyebrow threading and shaping
- Waxing services
- Massage treatments
- Client consultations and aftercare recommendations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Aesthetics, Esthetics, or Lash Extensions.
- Experience with:
- Lash Lift & Tint
- Brow Lamination
- HydraFacial
- Korean Facial Treatments
- Retail sales and client retention
- Existing clientele is considered an asset.
