- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Drain cleaning.
- Fixture repairs.
- Residential and commercial service call type work
- Well pump/Lake water system experience preferred but not a must, training will be provided.
- Small renovations.
- Sump/Sewage pumps replacements.
- Install, replace and repair valves, pump and all others of piping system, fixtures and equipment.
- Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
- Cottage opening and closing.
- All power tools, material and vehicle is provided. (but must have your own HAND tools for plumbing 2 pairs of pliers, Basin Wrench, Big Channel Locks, Torpedo Level etc) Required experience:
- Plumbing licence is required.
- Must have a valid clean driver’s licence.
- Jet/Submersible well pump experience would be nice but not an asset.
- Willing and able to work on-call and possible over time.
