Duties
- Provide a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Perform body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Sanitate all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for home use.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a professional atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
Requirements
- Valid Nail Technician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
- Experience in body waxing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with an aptitude for upselling services and products.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
