Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment according to work orders and set parameters to achieve required product quality and finish
- Monitor tanks, solution levels, and rinse systems to ensure proper operation and cleanliness
- Load and unload fixtures and materials while maintaining a safe and organized work area
- Inspect, verify, and complete work orders accurately, ensuring all parts and documentation are correct
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and quality concerns, reporting problems to the supervisor as needed
- Maintain efficient production flow, follow health & safety regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Good communication and organizational skills
Pay: $22.00 per hour
