CNC Programmer (Fusion 360) – Join an Advanced Manufacturing Team
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with strong experience in Autodesk Fusion 360 to join our growing operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-precision, fast-paced environment and wants to work with advanced manufacturing technology.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize CNC programs using Fusion 360
- Generate efficient toolpaths for complex parts (3-axis and/or 5-axis)
- Interpret CAD models, technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate closely with production and operations teams
- Troubleshoot programs and continuously improve machining efficiency
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 (CAM)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling and strategies
- Ability to confidently read and work from CAD models and technical drawings
- Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis machining preferred
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
