Transfer Driver – Pace Processing
Pace Processing is currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and motivated Transfer Driver to support our daily production operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring ingredients and materials are transferred accurately and on time between our facilities to keep production running smoothly.

Job Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (required)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift 15–25 kg (35–55 lbs) unassisted
- Comfortable performing physical and repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Forklift and/or powered jack certification is required
- Must be available for afternoon shifts (10:00 AM start onwards)
- Must be available to work Saturdays (weekend availability required)
- Ability to work overtime when required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload baskets, ingredients, materials, and finished products
- Transfer materials between facilities efficiently and safely
- Ensure accurate delivery of ingredients required for daily production
- Complete transfer logs and documentation accurately
- Maintain clean and organized storage, loading, and vehicle areas
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
- Safely operate forklifts or powered jacks (if certified)
- Support production and warehouse teams as needed
- Follow company safety, GMP, and food safety policies at all times
