The Opportunity
CRL Group is looking for an Agricultural Labourer to join our agriculture crew for the upcoming season.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of hands-on projects in vineyards and agricultural settings. Every project is a little different, which means every day brings new work and new skills to learn.
No experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.
Most work takes place at vineyards and agricultural properties in Kelowna.
What You'll Be Doing
You will work as part of our agriculture crew supporting vineyard and agricultural projects, including:
- Assisting with vineyard development and agricultural installations.
- Supporting irrigation installation and trenching work.
- Helping install trellis systems, fencing, and other vineyard infrastructure.
- Moving materials and assisting with general labour tasks on site.
- Operating basic tools and equipment (training provided).
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Working alongside the crew to complete projects efficiently and take pride in the finished result.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous agriculture, landscaping, or construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active.
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting, digging, and moving materials.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to job sites across the Okanagan depending on the project.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
