Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong Excel skills and an interest in supply chain management, inventory planning, order management, reporting, and business analysis.
As a Junior Analyst, you will support a growing Supply Chain team by helping track customer orders, monitor inventory availability, prepare recurring reports, and analyze data that supports planning and operational decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, logistics, or business analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage open customer orders to support on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute daily supply chain reports, including open orders, inventory availability, fill rates, and planning metrics.
- Support order management activities, including allocations, cancellations, pack requests, routing logs, and customer-specific tracking.
- Assist with demand planning, inventory replenishment, safety stock reviews, and inventory allocation updates.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inventory risks, unmet demand, and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
