We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician for teaching position to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Esthetician, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients, helping them look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Demostrate Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, Laser, Electrolisis and eyelash extensions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized skincare advice.
- Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to encourage upselling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain high levels of hospitality.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques to provide clients with the best services available.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products is preferred.
- Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and product demos is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest satisfaction.
