Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Service Manager/Superintendent at our Regina office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and assisting our site staff and getting them dispatched to the proper sites according to project scheduling. This role requires leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of construction processes.
This is a salary position with wage depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Oversee service department - Including small quotations on service work & small projects, meet with potential property management clients to expand sales, order material for work orders, dispatch service staff to complete work
* Being the company liaison between the site workers and the office staff
* Ensuring that all materials & drawings are ready to go to site with the workers
* Arrange for materials to be delivered to site when field staff go directly to the job sites
* Participate in the weekly scheduling meetings and ensure that we visit the job sites prior to the scheduled installation date(s) to make sure the site is ready for us to dispatch workers to the site
* Daily site visits to our active job sites to ensure work is being completed correctly and in a timely manor
* Advise the site workers of work schedule (expected durations, schedule changes, site changes, etc)
* Ensure timely departure from the shop for field staff that is reporting to the office prior to going to a job site
* Update Procore Project Management site photos, ensure site compliance of work is as per shop drawings, architectural drawings, & specifications
* Oversee the Company Safety program and ensure compliance/buy in by employees
* Manage supplier deliveries and receive materials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
