Job Title: Expo (Food Expeditor) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Position Overview:
We’re looking for organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced individuals to join our kitchen team as Expos (Food Expeditors). The Expo role is the link between our kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring dishes leave the pass perfectly plated, accurately prepared, and on time. We are looking for Full Time & Part Time applicants to start in the Middle of November, with steady work through the holidays into the new Year. There is opportunity for candidates that are planning to stay through summer for server training.
What You’ll Do:

Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets presentation and quality standards

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow

Communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Keep the pass organized, stocked, and clean throughout the shift

Assist with side duties as needed to keep service running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:

Previous restaurant or expo experience is an asset, but not required – we will train the right candidate

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Strong communication and multitasking skills
