Type: Full-Time Permanent; Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Some overtime is required during busy periods.

Wage: CA$19.00 - CA$19.50 per hour
Rock Solid Supply is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to help keep our floor running accurately and efficiently — the backbone of getting the right product to the right dealer, every time. This is a role for someone who's motivated, detail-driven, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team. Success here looks like inventory that's always where it should be, orders picked right the first time, and problems getting fixed at the source instead of worked around week after week.

What You'll Do
- Handle, move, load, and unload materials by hand or using a variety of material handling equipment.
- Complete tasks to the quality standards required to meet our customers' expectations.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all products, to follow production steps required to meet customer order requirements.
- Maintain organization in production and practice good housekeeping.
- Identify and prioritize streams of work without constant direct supervision — take ownership of your work area without needing to be told what's next.
- Identify recurring issues on the floor (missed picks, damaged inventory, workflow bottlenecks) and escalate root cause, not just the symptom.
- Propose and help implement practical fixes to recurring problems rather than working around them repeatedly.
- Look for opportunities to reduce wasted movement, handling, or time in daily tasks.
- Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
- Store cargo in assigned locations using cargo boards and pallets, and manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording its location.
- Record the number of units handled and moved every day using production sheets.
- Operate various machinery including booms, cameras, cranes, and forklifts to handle materials and inventory.
- Analyze pick sheets based on clients' orders and pull the appropriate products for each order.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations, and support operations on the plant floor whenever needed.

- Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic; comfortable being “in the trenches” with the team.
- Manufacturing experience is an asset, but the right attitude matters more.
