Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and gaming consoles. You will work with both Android and iOS systems, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all devices are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for technology.
Duties
- Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware and software problems.
- Perform repairs on Android and iOS devices, utilizing hand tools and schematics.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve operating system issues.
- Assist customers with retail sales of mobile accessories and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, transactions and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and operating systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mobile devices across various operating systems, including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and analysis skills to effectively diagnose problems.
- Experience using hand tools for device repairs is essential.
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
