PDS Fire Protection Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Team Assistant to support our finance department. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within our accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting team.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Customer Invoicing
- A/R Collections
- Sales Commissions and Job Costing
- Customer Service
- Maintaining Customer Records
- Accounts Payable
- Processing Accounts Payable Payments
- Maintaining Company Records
- Meeting multiple deadlines
- Use of Multiple Software Systems
- Bank Deposit and Reconciliation
- Processing Payments
- Processing Payroll
Accuracy to Ensure work is completed and correct prior to processing transactions is essential
Experience in different computerized accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite and a Willingness to learn new ones is an asset
