The successful candidates for Butcher Assistant position will prepare the meat and will be responsible for trimming fat, lacing roasts, and cutting/packaging meat as well as stocking refrigerated cases, receiving new shipments, and rotating stocks.
Required skills:
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment
- Basic knife skills
- Understanding of food safety practice
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds at a time on a regular basis
