This is a hybrid position — you'll have flexibility to work from home while staying closely connected with our team on project days. If you're the type of person who takes ownership, follows through, and brings positive energy to every interaction, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming leads and booking them into the sales calendar, making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Being the first point of contact for clients — answering calls, texts, and emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Following up on pending and in-progress projects to keep clients informed and ensure nothing stalls
- Reaching out to past clients to request Google reviews and help build our online reputation
- Supporting the team with general admin tasks as the business grows
