ADMIN Project Coordinator : Sub-contractor
ACI Group is seeking a highly organized are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and organized Admin/Project Coordinator to join our growing teams.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understand both admin and project coordination , excellent spread sheet skills, CRM, experience, and the ability to communicate professionally on the phone with clients, as well team members through out the day.
We are looking for a proactive "get-it-done" professional who can confidently manage financial administration while also supporting day-to-day business operations and project tracking.
Responsibilities:
Maintain organized client files and CRM records
Track Project expenses and admin documentation
Assist with project coordination and scheduling
Communicate with clients by phone and email
Updating : spreadsheets databases, and office records
Provide General Admin and Sales support
Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years Certified Construction Admin and Project Co-ordination Experience; would be considered a asset
- CRM Record Keeping and CRM Experience - is an Asset.
- MAC /Apple experience required
- Exceptionsl Spread Sheet skills and data entry [ EXCELL proficiency is mandatory]
- Professional communications skills on the telephone and email
- Positive TEAM orientated attitude
