About the job
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of performance and workplace culture. You will be responsible for driving floor engagement, managing the local engagement budget ("Dr. Fun"), and aligning fun initiatives with tangible business KPIs. This is a unique opportunity to use your operational insights, stakeholder management skills, and event-planning savvy to keep our teams motivated and hitting their targets.
Starting Annual Base Salary of 50,000 CAD per yr.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
Engagement Leadership: Drive floor motivation by collaborating with team leads to pinpoint performance gaps and engineer targeted incentive programs.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily audits of WTD metrics and adherence, executing impromptu culture initiatives to maintain positive operational momentum.
Budgetary Analysis: Generate comprehensive weekly reports detailing the ROI derived from the "Dr. Fun" engagement budget.
Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain a meticulous and transparent record of all expenditures utilized through the local engagement fund.
Stakeholder Reporting: Cultivate deep business acumen to present high-impact engagement strategies and performance results during formal Business Reviews.
Conduct Business Reviews, QA reviews and OJT sessions as needed or in the absence of support, based on business requirements.
Job Requirements:
Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and maintain productive, trusting relationships.
Event Management: Proven experience in event management, including the planning, coordination, and execution of both virtual and in-person events that drive high participation.
SEO Principles: A solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to apply them practically to improve online visibility and performance where required.
Core Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
