Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of ductwork and sheet metal components according to project blueprints and specifications
- Work closely with skilled technicians and site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Follow all health, safety, and workplace regulations and best practices
- Maintain assigned work vehicle and equipment in clean and functional condition

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in residential construction preferred
- Able to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
