We're looking for someone to fill a temporary full time position in our Service Department. The position is 4 weeks guaranteed, with the possibility for more.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with booking appointments and identifying their concerns with their motorcycles
- Answering phone calls & emails
- Communicating with technicians and ensuring that there is always jobs lined up
- Working with the Parts department to properly address any required components for each job
- Scheduling service orders and assigning them to technicians without over-promising to customers
- Following up with customers and making sure they are aware of any delays, added costs, or concerns
Our ideal candidate would be able to:
- Multi-task
- Keep an accurate and detailed schedule
- Be punctual and reliable
- Maintain professionalism and good customer service even during the busiest of days
- Preferably have some familiarity with motorcycles
