Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bagger / Forklift Operator to work for our client in Innisfil, ON. This role is primarily focused on general labour duties including bagging, handling, and preparing materials, with additional responsibilities to move and organize products safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
General Labour / Bagger Duties:
- Operate bagging equipment to fill, seal, and label bags accurately
- Stack, palletize, and wrap finished products for shipment
- Perform manual material handling, including lifting and moving items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a general labour or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures depending on the facility
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Pay: $20.00 per hour
