Venture X Canada is a leading provider of premium coworking and flexible office space solutions. As we continue to expand across Canada, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Representative to support our franchise growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, engaging with entrepreneurs and investors, and helping grow a nationally recognized brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Sales & Lead Management
- Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads throughout the sales process.
- Conduct discovery calls and presentations with prospective franchisees.
- Present franchise opportunities using marketing materials, presentations, and location tours.
- Guide prospects through the franchise development process from initial inquiry to signing.
- Sell both new and resale franchise opportunities.
- Coordinate Discovery Day visits and meetings with company leadership.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within CRM systems.
Business Development
- Research and identify potential markets and commercial locations for franchise expansion.
- Develop relationships with brokers, consultants, landlords, and industry professionals.
- Attend franchise shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the brand.
- Assist in developing strategic partnerships that support franchise growth.
Franchise Relations
- Maintain positive relationships with existing franchisees and prospects.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Venture X Canada.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless franchise development experience.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Analyze market opportunities and franchise development trends.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, franchise sales, commercial real estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in franchise development or franchise sales.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs, investors, or small business owners.
- Commercial real estate or B2B sales experience is an asset.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within Canada as required.
- Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend networking events and trade shows.
