Overview
We are seeking a reliable Loader to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various types of heavy equipment. Candidates with warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems will thrive in this position. The Loader plays a vital role in maintaining safety standards and supporting shipping and receiving operations to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other machinery
- Operate order picker, heavy equipment.
- Perform order picking accurately to ensure correct inventory movement
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials within the warehouse or construction sites
- Maintain safety protocols during all operations involving heavy equipment and manual handling
Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and committed to safety excellence.
