*This is a base salary position with a $60,000 annual salary. Once your monthly salary is earned out, you begin earning commissions on top. Expected total earnings range from $60,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on performance.*

THE OPPORTUNITY - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
As a company representative, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining your respective territory through your ability to maintain and grow your book of business, along with the day-to-day management of prospecting future accounts. You'll be offering shipping services to small, medium, and large-sized commercial businesses. While this position includes servicing existing clientele, your primary focus will be to generate new business while developing a territory that you will ultimately manage and maintain.

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, well groomed and personable person with a strong customer satisfaction focus. Someone who is willing to successfully develop, work hard to develop, maintain and manage a sales territory. These individuals will be confident in their ability to communicate with a target market of commercial businesses. The successful candidates will have a clean professional appearance that is complemented by a confident and positive attitude.
THE ROUTINE – WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Spend the majority of your time on the road meeting with current and prospective customers throughout the Calgary market.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning Moto as the preferred transportation partner for domestic Canadian and cross-border Canada/U.S. shipments.
- Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls, customer visits, and business development meetings.
- Identify new opportunities and generate freight volume from both existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on quotes, customer inquiries, and available shipping opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM.
- Research and reconnect with inactive or stagnant accounts to uncover new business opportunities.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities within the CRM.
