Lead the technical implementation of the cyber strategy across functional domains including network security, DLP, automation, cloud, identity and adjacent security capabilities
Identify and enable leading AI technologies to enhance cyber solutions through the optimization of existing solutions and the enablement of new ones
Align service priorities, roadmaps and operating requirements across security towers to enable a cohesive and operable managed service
Coordinate delivery leads and technical stakeholders across functions to support implementation, transition, stabilization and operational readiness of technologies
Drive enablement of automation, orchestration and service optimization initiatives to improve scalability, repeatability and operational efficiency
Translate strategic requirements into implementable service components, processes, controls and support models across cybersecurity layers
Ensure dependencies between network, cloud, DLP, automation, identity and monitoring functions are coordinated and operationally sustainable
Monitor implementation progress, operational issues, service adoption and improvement opportunities to support a stable and effective managed service
Establish governance, decision structures and service standards required to support consistent execution across all participating cyber functions
Promote a collaborative operating culture across towers, with clear accountability, role clarity and continuous improvement disciplines
Drive the definition and maintenance of playbooks, procedures and operating documentation aligned with the PwC managed services standard approach
Support capability uplift, onboarding and knowledge transfer to ensure teams can operate the service effectively across technology domains
Engage market teams, service stakeholders and client leaders to align expectations, validate service direction and support long-term adoption
What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrated success leading complex service delivery, transformation or implementation initiatives in enterprise environments
Strong leadership experience managing senior technologists, cross-functional teams and delivery stakeholders, with the ability to drive accountability, execution and continuous improvement
Hands-on knowledge across key cybersecurity domains such as cloud security, identity and access management, network security, DLP, automation, monitoring and service integration
Experience translating strategy into scalable operating models, service components, governance structures and operational processes that support managed service delivery
Proven ability to lead technology enablement, service operationalization and process standardization while balancing security, resiliency, compliance and business outcomes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging service owners, client leaders, governance bodies and executive sponsors
Experience with automation, orchestration and AI-enabled service improvement initiatives, including the ability to identify practical opportunities for scale and efficiency
Familiarity with cybersecurity governance, control frameworks and regulated delivery environments; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent are an asset
Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
