Responsibilities

- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth cash handling and order fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Promote ongoing marketing campaigns, special offers, and new products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using Microsoft Excel or other management tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a vape store.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a broad customer base.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures, and cashiering processes.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous for understanding maintenance workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with phone etiquette proficiency for engaging over the phone professionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and sales calculations.
