Traffic Coordinator Marine
McKeil Marine Limited has an immediate opening for a Traffic Coordinator Marine on a permanent, full-time permanent basis. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the Commercial team with the execution of service contract(s), including contract compliance, account plan development, and various business analysis reporting initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the analytical needs for the Operational and Commercial requirements to analyze key performance indicators throughout the fleet.

Work with the Commercial & Finance teams on contract compliance to support invoicing and collections processes.

Coordinate with Commercial and Traffic personnel to generate and process billing information through our Vessel Performance System, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Support and assist with the distribution of Voyage Orders (Dispatch).

Input data and maintain corporate vessel performance data.

Support the development of on-going reporting initiatives as required for the Commercial and Operational team.

Develop and issue Daily Position Reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain communication with customers to ensure high levels of service.

Coordinate with Traffic and Operations teams as required.

Provide administrative support to Commercial Team as required.

Other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Key Competencies Required:
-
Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related discipline.

2-5 years experience in a business analyst role or similar role. Marine transportation industry experience would be considered a strong asset

Strong knowledge of MS Office application, advanced excel skills would be an asset, and experience with CRM systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present operational and commercial data.

Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, often with competing deadlines in a high paced, high growth environment

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Office environment with some travel to customers and operating locations.
