Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and professional Phone Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining strong communication between our organization and our clients, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as specified by customer.
- Maintain accurate records of calls received and actions taken.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing call schedules and appointment bookings as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a phone operator or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Shifts
- We are hiring for the early morning shifts ex: 3a-11a, 4a-12p, 5a-1p & 6a-2p
Note: This is for an in-house position, no remote work available.
