We are seeking a Bookkeeper who is tech saavy dependable, structured, analytical, and service-focused.
Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
- Complete bookkeeping and payroll projects following firm procedures
- Support year-end files and personal tax preparation
- Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional and supportive manner
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Weekly Responsibilities
- Process payroll
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and projects
Monthly Responsibilities
- Prepare and file GST returns
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)
- Communicate with CRA
- Upload and manage client documents within CRA systems
- Assist with year-end file setup
- Support additional administrative or bookkeeping projects as required

- Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Experience with payroll processing and GST filings preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with accounting software and CRA portals considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
