Torres Hardscapes Inc. is a growing landscape construction company specializing in high-quality hardscape and exterior construction projects across the GTA. Our projects range from complex residential builds to commercial and municipal landscape construction. We pride ourselves on professional execution, clear communication, and strong site leadership. We are currently seeking an experienced lead hand to support site leadership and drive daily production.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Foreman in planning and executing daily work activities
· Direct and guide crew members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
· Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
· Assist with site layout, grading, and installation of hardscape elements
· Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays
· Monitor workmanship quality and ensure installations meet company standards
· Enforce safety procedures and lead by example on-site
· Train and mentor labourers and less experienced crew members
· Identify and resolve minor site issues before escalating to the Foreman
· Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and overall job site efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
· 3+ years of landscape or construction experience
· Strong experience in hardscape (interlock, retaining walls, concrete)
· Ability to lead crews and work independently
· Experience with layout and reading drawings (asset)
· Equipment experience (skid steer/excavator) is an asset
· Valid driver’s license
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
